How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 3–5 business days (our printer makes each piece to order — no warehouse, no dead stock) and arrive 3–7 business days after that. International orders take longer; checkout will show you estimated delivery at your address.

What if my size doesn't fit? We offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days. Because every piece is printed to order, we can't accept returns for a refund unless there's a defect — but we'll make exchanges as easy as possible.

Are these Native-made? Counter-Cite is owned and run by Kayla Richards (Oglala Tituwan Oceti Sakowin). Designs are written, curated, and sometimes illustrated by her. When visual or cultural elements come from a specific nation, they're commissioned from an artist of that nation and credited by name. Printing is done by Printful, a non-Native fulfillment partner we use so we can keep the business lean and the margins going toward the Cite Native Scholars Fund rather than a warehouse.

Can I request a custom design / a reading-list tote with different names? We open custom reading-list requests once a quarter. Email us and we'll add you to the next round.

Do you do wholesale? For tribal college bookstores, Native studies programs, and aligned institutions — yes. Email us.

Sizing? Our tees are Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex (runs slightly slim — consider sizing up if between). Crews are Independent Trading Co (true to size). Full size charts are on each product page. Crews run a bit large.
