Shipping & Returns

Shipping Counter-Cite uses print-on-demand fulfillment through Printful. Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days and ship shortly after. Standard shipping within the US arrives in 3–7 business days from the ship date. International shipping varies by destination; estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Returns and exchanges Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for refund except in cases of defect or printing error. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — usually with a replacement at no cost.

We do accept exchanges for size on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. You cover return shipping; we cover replacement shipping. Email us to start an exchange.

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect in any way, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
